THESSALONIKI, Greece (Jan. 18, 2026) (Interstat) — PAOK opened its Super League 1 season with a commanding 3-0 victory over OFI at Stadio Toumbas on Sunday.

The hosts controlled the match from the start. Dimitris Pelkas opened the scoring in the 18th minute. Forward Taison doubled the lead just before halftime in the 40th, and Giorgos Giakoumakis added a third goal three minutes later to seal the dominant win.

The result defied a pregame projection from Interstat, which had simulated a 1-1 draw despite giving PAOK an 87% probability to win. The loss leaves OFI seeking its first points of the campaign.
