ALTAMURA, Italy (Interstat) — Altamura and Audace Cerignola played to a 1-1 draw Sunday in their Serie C season opener at Stadio Comunale Tonino d’Angelo.

Ludovico D’Orazio gave the visiting Cerignola side the lead in the 10th minute. Altamura’s Chec Doumbia equalized just before halftime, scoring in the second minute of first-half stoppage time. Neither side found a winner after the break.

The result matched the 1-1 projection from Interstat’s game simulator. Its pre-match ELO ratings had given Cerignola a slight 51.6% probability to win. Both clubs begin their league campaigns with a draw and remain unbeaten across all competitions this season.
