Kelcyra vs Tomori Berat

Preview: Tomori Berat at Kelcyra, Albanian 2nd Division

KELCYRA, Albania (Interstat) — Tomori Berat will look to continue its recent dominance over Kelcyra when the sides meet in an Albanian 2nd Division match Sunday.

The visitors won the season’s earlier fixture 3-0 in Berat on Nov. 7. That result is part of a difficult campaign for both clubs, who sit in the lower half of the division table.

Tomori Berat (5-9-2) enters with modest momentum, coming off a 2-1 home victory over Butrinti Sarande on March 1. That win snapped a three-match losing streak in league play, which included defeats to Bylis II, Oriku and Partizani Tirana II. Their form has been inconsistent, with a 9-0 loss to Flamurtari in November a particular low point, but they have shown scoring capability in wins over Shkumbini Peqin and Devolli.

Kelcyra (2-8-6) seeks its first win since December. It is winless in its last five matches (0-3-2), most recently drawing 1-1 at Eagle on March 1. Defensive struggles have been a theme, with the club conceding four or more goals in losses to Bylis II, Shkumbini Peqin and Maliqi this season. Its last victory was a 2-1 result at Delvina on Dec. 7.

According to Interstat’s game simulator, Tomori Berat is projected to win 2-1.

For Tomori Berat, the match begins a crucial stretch as it tries to climb the table. It will host Eagle next on March 15. Kelcyra, aiming to spark a late-season revival, will travel to face Devolli on March 15.

The match is scheduled for Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Kelcyra’s home stadium.
