BEER SHEVA, Israel (Dec. 27, 2025) (Interstat) — Macc Beer W defeated MS Sderot 2-1 in a State Cup Women’s match Saturday at Turner Stadium, overcoming an early deficit. MS Sderot’s Mohammad Kna’an opened the scoring in the sixth minute, but the home side rallied with two unanswered goals for the victory. The result defied a statistical projection that heavily favored Macc Beer W to win but had forecast a high-scoring affair for the visitors. Macc Beer W remains undefeated in cup play this season, while MS Sderot suffered its first loss in the competition.
