CANACH, Luxembourg (Interstat) — Jeun Canach and Hostert played to a 0-0 draw in a Luxembourg 1. Division match Sunday at Stade Rue de Lenningen.

The result left both teams mid-table. Hostert’s season record in the competition moved to 5-5-5, while Jeun Canach’s league mark is now 7-9-3. The match failed to live up to its statistical projection, which heavily favored the home side.

The contest was defined more by cautions than chances, with seven yellow cards issued. The stalemate continued a recent trend in the fixture after Hostert’s 2-1 victory in the reverse fixture last August.
