PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas (Interstat) — The Grambling Lady Tigers defeated the Jackson State Lady Tigers 2-1 on Sunday to win the 2025 NCAA Women’s SWAC Championship. The game, organized by NCAA Women, was played before an attendance of 175.

Grambling secured the title despite a key performance from Jackson State’s Kaila Tablado, who scored her team’s lone goal. The victory improved Grambling’s season record to 11-6-4 in the competition, while Jackson State moved to 9-6-3. The result avenged an earlier regular-season loss to Jackson State and captured the conference championship for Grambling.
