BEAUMONT, Texas (Interstat) — Houston Christian defeated Stephen F. Austin 1-0 on Sunday to win the NCAA women’s Southland Conference Championship. The Huskies’ victory at the 2025 title game, played before 850 fans, avenged a regular-season loss to the Ladyjacks from October. The lone goal was enough for Houston Christian to secure the conference tournament victory over the top-seeded Ladyjacks.
