PRINCETON, N.J. (Interstat) — Dartmouth women’s soccer defeated Princeton 1-0 on Sunday in an NCAA women’s match, avenging a loss to the Tigers from three weeks prior. The Big Green’s defense held firm against a Princeton side that was a heavy statistical favorite to win at Sherrerd Field.

The lone goal was enough for Dartmouth to improve its record to 7-3-1. Princeton, which had been projected with a 62% win probability, falls to 4-4-3. The game was witnessed by 1,468 fans.
