NAZARETH ILLIT, Israel (Dec. 26, 2025) (Interstat) — Junior Pius scored in the 11th minute to give MK Maccabi Bnei Reineh a 1-0 victory over MH Hapoel Kfar Shalem in a State Cup women’s football match Friday at Green Stadium. The lone goal defied a pre-match projection from Interstat, whose game simulator had predicted a 1-0 win for the visitors. The firm’s ELO rating system, however, had given the home side a 65.3% probability to win. With the result, Maccabi Bnei Reineh advances in the Israeli competition with a 1-0 tournament record, while Hapoel Kfar Shalem begins its cup campaign with an 0-1 mark. Both teams’ overall season records mirror their cup results after this opening fixture.
