ALBANY (Interstat) — The Albany Great Danes and the Massachusetts-Lowell River Hawks played to a 3-3 draw in an NCAA men’s soccer match on Saturday. The result followed a scoreless tie between the two teams just four days earlier.

Ivar Orri Gissurarson led Albany with two goals, while Alexander Clive Vokes added another. Roko Branko Mrvelj recorded an assist for the Great Danes. The game, attended by 212 fans, defied a pre-game projection that heavily favored Albany to win. Both teams now hold 4-2-2 records in NCAA competition this season.
