FORT WORTH, Texas (Interstat) — The Kansas Jayhawks won the NCAA women’s Big 12 Championship on Monday, shutting out the West Virginia Mountaineers 4-0. In a rematch of a regular-season draw, Kansas’s offense was relentless, overwhelming West Virginia from the start at the neutral-site final. The victory avenged a 2-2 tie between the teams from Oct. 16. The Jayhawks improved to 12-4-3 overall, while the Mountaineers fell to 10-2-1.
