DUISBURG, Germany (Interstat) — Spain’s under-19 women’s national team delivered a commanding performance Saturday, defeating Belgium U19 5-1 in a UEFA U19 Championship qualification match at Leichtathletikstadion BZA Wedau III.

The Spanish side dominated from the start, with goals from Nel Neyrinck, Irune Dorado, Iris Ashley Santiago, Ainoa Gómez, and Celia Segura securing the comprehensive victory. Pau Comendador added a final goal in stoppage time. Belgium’s lone goal was scored by Nel Neyrinck. The result far exceeded statistical projections, which had heavily favored Spain but predicted a low-scoring draw.
