VARNA, Bulgaria (Interstat) — Zuzanna Witek scored twice to lead Poland U19 to a 2-0 victory over Sweden U19 in a UEFA Under-19 Championship women’s qualification match Tuesday at Stadion Spartak.

Witek, a substitute, opened the scoring in the 61st minute and added a second later. Her goals were assisted by Thindra Mattsson and Ella Lundin. The result was an upset; statistical models heavily favored Sweden pre-match.

Poland improved to 1-0 in qualifying, while Sweden fell to 0-1. Lundin and Mattsson each received yellow cards for Sweden.
