LONDON (Interstat) — Slough Town will host Gloucester City in an FA Trophy fixture on Saturday, with the visitors looking to continue their recent positive form against a Rebels side mired in a difficult stretch.

The match at Arbour Park pits two teams with contrasting fortunes. Gloucester City (2-1-2 across all competitions) enters the contest unbeaten in its last three matches, including a 1-0 victory over Havant & Waterlooville in its most recent outing on Oct. 25.

Slough Town (5-9-4 overall), however, has lost four of its last five games. The Rebels are coming off a 1-0 defeat to Horsham on Nov. 8 and have been outscored 14-5 during this recent slump.

In FA Trophy play specifically, Gloucester holds a 1-0-1 record, while Slough Town has a single draw.

Interstat’s game simulator projects a 1-1 draw for the contest. A draw would see the match likely go to a replay at Gloucester’s Tiger Turf Stadium at a later date.

Following this match, Slough Town faces a congested schedule, with a home match against Farnborough scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 18.
