PARAMARIBO, Suriname (Interstat) — SV Transvaal looks to build on its unbeaten start to the Eerste Divisie season when it hosts Inter Moengotapoe on Saturday.

The matchup at the Dr. Ir. Franklin Essed Stadion pits a Transvaal side with early momentum against a Moengotapoe club still seeking its first win of the campaign. Transvaal (1-0-1) is coming off a 2-0 victory over Inter Wanica last Saturday. Across all competitions, the club has a record of one win and one draw.

Inter Moengotapoe (0-0-1) enters the contest after a 2-2 draw with SV Notch. Its form across all tournaments shows a draw and a loss, including a 2-0 extra-time defeat to Bayamón in its previous match.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the most likely outcome is a narrow 1-0 victory for the home side. A win would solidify Transvaal’s position near the top of the table as the season progresses.

Following this contest, SV Transvaal faces a quick turnaround, hosting SV Notch the following day, Sunday, Nov. 2.
