LONDON (Interstat) — An FA Trophy clash on Saturday pits an undefeated Ilkeston Town FC against a Curzon Ashton side looking to rebound from a recent defeat.

The fifth-round fixture, scheduled for Nov. 15, 2025, at Ilkeston’s New Manor Ground, features a home team in strong form. Ilkeston Town is a perfect 2-0-0 in this season’s FA Trophy and holds an identical record across all competitions.

Their most recent outing was a convincing 3-1 victory over Saint Ives Town on Oct. 25, preceded by a 2-0 win against Evesham United on Oct. 4.

Curzon Ashton enters the tournament with a clean slate in the competition, 0-0-0, but carries a 1-0-0 record in all matches this season. However, they are looking to bounce back from a 2-1 loss to South Shields in their last contest on Sept. 20.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the match is projected to end in a 1-1 draw, setting the stage for a potential replay. The result would see Curzon Ashton advance in the knockout competition on away goals.
