HAMILTON, Ontario (Interstat) — Substitute Tobias Warschewski scored in the 57th minute to lift Cavalry to a 1-0 victory over Forge in a Canadian Premier League match Sunday at Tim Hortons Field.

The goal, assisted by Eryk Kobza, secured the road win for Cavalry and snapped a streak of three consecutive draws between the rivals. The game was a physical affair, with eight yellow cards issued by the officiating crew. The result was an upset, as Forge was the heavy favorite and had the superior season record.
