LJUBLJANA, Slovenia (Interstat) — NK Škofja Loka will host NK Žiri in a 3. SNL match on Saturday, looking to continue its perfect start to the season against a Žiri side still searching for its first win.

The matchup at Škofja Loka City Stadium pits two teams on opposite trajectories early in the Slovenian third-division campaign. Škofja Loka enters the contest with a 1-0-0 record in league play, having defeated NK Tolmin 2-0 on the road last Saturday. Across all competitions, the club is 1-0-0.

Žiri, meanwhile, is 0-1-0 in the 3. SNL and 0-1-0 overall after a 2-1 home loss to NK IB 1975 Ljubljana on Oct. 18. The club has conceded six goals in its two matches this season, including a 4-1 defeat to NK Izola on Oct. 11.

The statistical outlook heavily favors the home side. The Interstat game simulator projects a decisive 4-0 victory for Škofja Loka, a forecast that aligns with the teams’ current form.

Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m. local time on Saturday, Oct. 25.
