MURSKA SOBOTA, Slovenia (Interstat) — A clash of Slovenian youth football teams heading in opposite directions will take place Sunday when Mura U19 hosts Domzale U19 in 1. Mladinska Liga action.

Domzale U19 (7-2-3) arrives near the top of the table, showcasing an explosive offense that has produced several high-scoring victories this season. Their campaign includes a 5-0 win over Koper U19 and a 5-1 rout of Jadran Dekani. However, they are looking to rebound from a disappointing 3-0 home loss to NK Zeleznicar Maribor on Monday.

In contrast, Mura U19 (3-7-4) has struggled for consistency, sitting in the lower half of the standings. Their season has been marked by defensive vulnerabilities, including a 4-1 loss to Celje U19 and a 5-2 defeat to NK Aluminij U19. They enter the match with a boost of confidence, however, after a 3-1 road victory over Ilirija on Monday.
