JELGAVA, Latvia (Interstat) — FS Jelgava and Metta/LU played to a 2-2 draw Sunday in a 1. Liga match at Zemgales Olimpiskais centrs, defying pregame projections. Metta/LU was favored to win by the Interstat ELO system, but neither team could secure a victory.

Kingsley Emenike opened the scoring for the visitors in the sixth minute. Substitute Rūdolfs Kļavinskis then scored twice for the hosts, first in the 54th minute and again in the 65th, assisted by Filip Hašek. Hašek then netted the equalizer for Metta/LU late in the match.
