MOSCOW (Interstat) — Two unbeaten sides will clash Wednesday when FK Torpedo Moskva hosts FK Kuban Kholding in a Russian Cup match.

The matchup at Torpedo’s home ground pits two teams with perfect records in the competition. Torpedo Moskva sits at 2-0-0, while Kuban Kholding holds a record of 2-0-2 in cup play. Both clubs are also undefeated across all competitions this season.

Torpedo Moskva enters the game following a dominant 3-0 victory over Veles on Oct. 16, a match where defenders Sergei Borodin and Oleg Kozhemiakin were noted as key contributors. Their other cup win was a 3-1 road victory against FK Kristall-MEZT Borisoglebsk on Sept. 24.

FK Kuban Kholding is also in strong form, coming off a 2-1 away win against Chernomorets on Oct. 16. Forwards Timur Alikberov and Said Aliev, along with midfielder Kirill Morozov, were the most productive players in that contest. Kuban’s other cup results include a 3-0 win at FK Mashuk-KMV Pyatigorsk and two draws.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the tightly contested match is projected to end in a 1-0 victory for the home side. The game is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 29, 2025.
