SIHEUNG, South Korea (Interstat) — A top-tier club meets a bottom-table side Sunday when Siheung Citizen hosts Gangneung Citizen FC in a K3 League fixture.

The match at Siheung Stadium pits the league’s dominant force against a team mired in a season-long struggle. Siheung Citizen enters the contest with a stellar K3 League record of 20-4-7, positioning them as clear title contenders. Across all competitions, they are 23-6-8.

In contrast, Gangneung Citizen FC has found wins hard to come by, posting a 4-11-6 league record. Their form across all tournaments is 6-12-6. Gangneung is looking to rebound from a 2-1 road loss to FC Mokpo on Oct. 26.

Recent form heavily favors the hosts. Siheung is unbeaten in four of its last five matches, including a 1-1 draw with Gimhae FC last Sunday. The club has demonstrated a potent attack, with multiple 4-0 victories in recent months.
