Preview: Albi Marssac W Hosts Monaco W in French Feminine Division 3 Clash

ALBI, France (Interstat) — A surging Albi Marssac W side will look to solidify its standing against a struggling Monaco W when the teams meet in a French Feminine Division 3 match Sunday.

Kickoff is set for Sunday afternoon at Albi’s home ground.

The matchup presents a stark contrast in form. Albi Marssac W (10-1-3) enters on a five-match winning streak, most notably a 2-1 victory over league powerhouse Lyon II on March 29. Their attack has been potent, scoring 22 goals during that stretch, including an 8-0 rout of Chatenoy Royal last month.

Monaco W (1-2-11) has endured a difficult season, mired in a five-match losing streak where they have been outscored 16-1. Their last outing was a 1-0 home defeat to FC Rousset Sainte Victoire Omnisports on March 29. Defensive frailties have been glaring, with Monaco conceding seven goals in a match twice since February.

In the head-to-head meeting earlier this season, Albi Marssac W secured a 2-1 away win over Monaco on Nov. 9, 2025.

A statistical projection from Interstat forecasts a 3-1 victory for the hosts.

Following this match, Albi Marssac W will travel to face Montpellier II W on April 26. Monaco W’s next fixture is a daunting trip to league leaders Lyon II W on the same date.

The Feminine Division 3 is part of the fourth tier of women’s football in France.
