TARTU, Estonia (Interstat) — A clash of Estonian Cup contenders pits a surging Tartu JK Tammeka against a struggling Linnameeskond on Wednesday.

Tartu JK Tammeka enters the match with a perfect record across all competitions, sitting at 2-0-0. The team is coming off a stunning 8-1 road victory over Flora on Aug. 12, a match where forwards Rome Kangust and midfielders Kristofer Kivila and Karl Tamla were key contributors. Their other result this cup season was a 6-0 win over JK Tabasalu.

Linnameeskond, the home side, holds a 1-0-0 record in the cup but has found consistent results hard to come by, posting a 3-3-0 overall record. The team is looking to rebound from a 3-0 loss to Laagri on Sept. 20, which followed a 6-0 defeat to AIK in late July.
