BUENOS AIRES (Interstat) — Two struggling sides in Argentina’s Primera B Metropolitana will meet Saturday when Excursionistas visits Fenix.

The matchup at the Estadio Municipal de Pilar features two clubs near the bottom of the table. Fenix (4-20-14) has managed just four wins in 38 league matches this season. Excursionistas (4-9-2) has a better record but is coming off a 2-1 home loss to Deportivo Laferrere on Oct. 20.

Excursionistas has lost three of its last four matches across all competitions. Its lone victory in that span was a 1-0 result against Comunicaciones on Oct. 6.

Fenix is winless in its last five outings, most recently falling 3-1 to Acassuso on Oct. 18. The club has only one victory in its last 10 matches, a 3-1 win over CA Argentino de Quilmes on Sept. 27.

Despite the home side’s poor form, Interstat’s game simulator projects a 3-1 victory for Fenix.

Following this match, Excursionistas will host Flandria on Nov. 8. Fenix travels to face Midland on the same date.
