SHIJAK, Albania (Interstat) — Two sides looking to rebound from recent defeats will meet Saturday when Erzeni Shijak hosts Luzi 2008 in a 2nd Division matchup.

The game, scheduled for Nov. 1, 2025, pits a struggling Erzeni Shijak squad against a Luzi 2008 team seeking to regain its early-season form.

Luzi 2008 (2-1-0, 2nd Division) sits higher in the league table but is coming off a heavy 4-1 home loss to Sopoti Librazhd on Oct. 25. Their season has been a tale of two sides, opening with shutout wins over KF Shiroka and Naftetari Kucove before conceding nine goals in subsequent losses to Iliria Fushe-Kruje and Sopoti.

Erzeni Shijak (1-1-0, 2nd Division) has found wins hard to come by across all competitions, posting a 1-4-0 overall record. They have been shut out in their last two outings, a 1-0 loss to Beselidhja Lezhe and a 2-0 defeat to Sopoti Librazhd. Their lone victory this season was a 2-1 result against KF Gramshi on Sept. 27.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the contest is projected to end in a 1-1 draw.

Following this match, Luzi 2008 will host KF Gramshi on Nov. 8, while Erzeni Shijak will travel to face KF Adriatiku 2012 the same day. The two clubs are scheduled to meet again in the reverse fixture on Feb. 28, 2026.
