BAKU, Azerbaijan (Interstat) — Turan scored twice in a stunning three-minute span to rally past Karvan 2-1 on Friday in a Premyer Liqa match at Şamaxı Şəhər Stadionu. Karvan’s Shaquill Sno opened the scoring in the 69th minute, but Turan responded immediately. Álex Serrano equalized just two minutes later, and Roberto Olabe netted the winner in the 77th minute. The comeback defied a pregame projection that gave Karvan a 59 percent chance to win. Both teams opened their league seasons with the result.
