BUCHAREST, Romania (Interstat) — A struggling Dinamo Bucuresti side will look to halt a disastrous run of form when it visits Farul Constanta in the Cupa României on Wednesday.

The match pits a Dinamo team in freefall against a Farul squad with limited recent match data. Dinamo enters the cup tie reeling from a 3-0 home loss to Concord Chiajna on Tuesday, part of a winless streak that has seen them concede 15 goals while scoring just twice in their last five outings across all competitions. Their last victory was on Oct. 25.

Farul Constanta, the home side, last played on Oct. 30, earning a 1-1 draw at Botosani. Their previous matches date to late August, leaving their current form less clear.

Statistical projections for the game are in direct conflict. Interstat’s game simulator predicts a narrow 1-0 victory for Farul Constanta. However, the same outlet’s ELO rating system gives Dinamo Bucuresti a commanding 80.60 percent probability to win.

The winner will advance in the Romanian Cup. The two sides are already scheduled to meet again in domestic competition on Feb. 11, 2026.
