KAWASAKI, Japan (Interstat) — Kawasaki Frontale and Fagiano Okayama played to a 1-1 draw in the J1 League on Saturday at Kawasaki Todoroki Stadium.

Yūki Yamamoto opened the scoring for the home side in the 84th minute, but substitute Masaya Matsumoto leveled the match for Fagiano Okayama in the fifth minute of second-half stoppage time. Both goals were assisted, with Werik Popó setting up Yamamoto and Erison providing for Matsumoto. The result leaves Kawasaki Frontale with 18 wins, 10 losses and 11 draws in league play, while Fagiano Okayama stands at 16 wins, 20 losses and 9 draws.
