NEWCASTLE, Australia (Interstat) — Newcastle Jets and Adelaide United played to a 1-1 draw in an A-League match Saturday at McDonald Jones Stadium.

Adelaide substitute Ryan White opened the scoring in the 73rd minute, but Jets defender Daniel Wilmering equalized with a header in the fourth minute of second-half stoppage time. White also assisted on his goal before receiving a yellow card. The frantic finish included three more cautions in added time.
