GLASGOW, Scotland (Interstat) — A stoppage-time equalizer from Reo Hatate salvaged a 2-2 draw for Celtic against rival Rangers in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday at Ibrox Stadium.

Celtic forward Youssef Chermiti scored twice in the first half, finding the net in the 8th and 26th minutes to give the visitors a commanding lead. Rangers mounted a second-half comeback, with Kieran Tierney scoring in the 56th minute before Hatate’s dramatic intervention deep into added time.

The intense derby saw three yellow cards issued. The result leaves Rangers’ league record at 15-2-5, while Celtic moves to 17-7-4. The draw halts a two-game losing streak for Celtic in the fixture after a Rangers victory in January.
