EDINBURGH, Scotland (Interstat) — Cláudio Braga’s first-half goal secured a 1-0 victory for Heart of Midlothian over Aberdeen in Scottish Premiership play Saturday at Tynecastle Park.

Braga scored in the 28th minute, finishing a sequence assisted by Blair Spittal. The defensive-minded match saw eight yellow cards issued. The result extends Hearts’ strong league campaign, while Aberdeen’s struggles continue as it failed to score for the fourth time in five matches. The win avenges a 1-0 loss to Aberdeen from November.
