GHENT, Belgium (Interstat) — Sint-Truiden earned a 2-1 comeback victory over Gent on Sunday in a First Division A match at Planet Group Arena. Wilfried Kanga opened the scoring for the home side in the 21st minute, but substitute Arbnor Muja leveled the match for Sint-Truiden in the 59th. Another substitute, Keisuke Gotō, secured the win just seven minutes later with the decisive goal. The result gives Sint-Truiden a winning start to their domestic campaign, while Gent begins the season with a loss, defying pregame projections that favored the home team.
