CIeZA, Spain (Interstat) — CD Cieza will host Cordoba on Wednesday in a Copa del Rey Juvenil group stage match, with both Spanish youth sides seeking their first win in the domestic cup competition.

The match, scheduled for Oct. 29, 2025, at Campo de Fútbol La Arboleja, is the opening game of the tournament for both clubs. Their records in the Copa del Rey Juvenil are identical at 0-0-0.

Cieza enters the contest looking to rebound from a season-opening loss across all competitions, falling 2-1 to EF Santa Cruz on Sept. 21. Cordoba, meanwhile, is coming off a 2-2 draw with Racing Santander on the same date. Both teams have yet to secure a victory this season in their respective league campaigns.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the closely matched encounter is projected to end in a 1-1 draw. The result would see the teams split the points in their first cup fixture of the 2025-26 season.
