GOTHENBURG, Sweden (Interstat) — Hacken and Malmo FF played to a 1-1 draw in their Allsvenskan opener Saturday at Bravida Arena. Substitute Hugo Bolin gave Malmo FF a lead in the 29th minute, but Hacken midfielder Simon Gustafson equalized from the penalty spot in the 89th minute. Gustafson, who also assisted on his team’s goal, received a yellow card in the 63rd minute. The result defied pregame projections that heavily favored a Hacken victory. Both clubs begin the Swedish top-flight season with a record of 0-0-1.
