STOCKHOLM (Interstat) — Storfors AIK and Hacken played to a 2-2 draw in their Allsvenskan opener Sunday at Strawberry Arena. The result was a surprise after statistical models heavily favored Hacken to win.

Substitutes made the difference for both sides. Hacken’s Filip Helander opened the scoring in the 10th minute, but Storfors’ Erik Flataker equalized seven minutes later. Adam Lundqvist put Hacken back ahead in the 23rd, only for Storfors’ Adrian Svanbäck to level the match again in the 74th minute. Both teams are now 0-0-1 in the Swedish top flight.
