Bodo/Glimt Dominates Molde in Eliteserien Opener

BODO, Norway (Interstat) — Bodo/Glimt opened its Eliteserien season with a commanding 4-1 victory over Molde at Aspmyra Stadion on Sunday. The home side controlled the match, with Patrick Berg, Oskar Spiten-Nysæter and Håkon Evjen all scoring to build a 3-0 lead. Andreas Helmersen netted a consolation goal for Molde in the 83rd minute before Sondre Fet sealed the win for Bodo/Glimt. The result defied a pregame projection from Interstat, which gave Bodo/Glimt an 85.7 percent chance to win but had forecast a 2-1 scoreline in favor of Molde.
