Walton/Hersham vs Hendon
LONDON (Interstat) — An undefeated Hendon side riding a wave of scoring form will face a perfect, yet untested, Walton/Hersham squad in the FA Trophy on Saturday.
The match at the Elmbridge Sports Hub pits two teams with flawless records this season, albeit with vastly different resumes in this competition.
Hendon enters the contest with a 4-0 record in the FA Trophy and a 4-1 mark across all competitions. They are coming off a 1-0 victory over Dulwich Hamlet on Oct. 4 and have scored nine goals in their last two Trophy matches, including a 5-2 rout of Beckenham Town on Sept. 20.
Walton/Hersham, meanwhile, has yet to play an FA Trophy match this season, holding an 0-0 record in the tournament. Their overall season record is 2-0, with their most recent result a 3-2 win over Bracknell Town on Sept. 20.
Despite Hendon’s proven track record in the tournament, statistical projections favor the home side. Interstat’s game simulator forecasts a 2-1 victory for Walton/Hersham.
Kickoff is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 25, 2025.
