NOTTINGHAM, England (Interstat) — Nottingham Forest delivered a stunning 3-0 victory over Malmo FF in Europa League play on Thursday, defying overwhelming pregame projections. The host side controlled the match at The City Ground from the start.

Defender Ryan Yates led the charge, opening the scoring in the 27th minute and adding an assist. Arnaud Kalimuendo doubled the lead before halftime, and Nikola Milenković added a third goal in the 58th minute. The win was a massive upset, as statistical models heavily favored Malmo to win.
