MALLORCA, Spain (Interstat) — Abdón Prats scored twice to lead Mallorca to a 2-0 victory over Atletic Sant Just in a Copa del Rey Juvenil match Wednesday at Estadio Municipal Feixa Llarga. Prats found the net in the 48th and 71st minutes, securing the win for the visiting side. The result defied a pregame projection from Interstat that forecast a 1-1 draw, though its system heavily favored Mallorca to win. Omar Mascarell of Mallorca received a yellow card in the 82nd minute. With the victory, Mallorca begins its campaign in the Spanish youth tournament with a win, while Atletic Sant Just starts with a loss.
