MADRID (Interstat) — Two Spanish youth sides will open their Copa del Rey Juvenil campaigns on Wednesday when Torrent CF hosts Juventud Torremolinos CF.

The match, scheduled for Oct. 29, 2025, pits two teams with identical, albeit incomplete, records in the national youth tournament. Both clubs officially enter the competition with 0-0 records.

Recent form is difficult to gauge. Juventud Torremolinos CF has no recent result listed in available data. Torrent CF, however, comes in after a 1-1 draw with Girona II in a domestic league match on Sept. 21. That result gives the home side a slight edge in match readiness.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the contest is projected to be a tight, low-scoring affair. The simulator forecasts a 1-0 victory for the visiting Juventud Torremolinos CF.

The Copa del Rey Juvenil features the top youth academies in Spain, with both teams aiming to advance deep into the knockout competition. With no prior results in the tournament for either side, the match offers a clean slate and an opportunity to build early momentum.
