MADRID (Interstat) — A first-round match in Spain’s Copa del Rey Juvenil on Wednesday pits UD Poblense against Sabadell U19, with the visitors projected as a narrow favorite.

The knockout stage fixture will be played on Oct. 29, 2025, at Poblense’s home ground. Both clubs enter the tournament with 0-0 records in this competition, as well as identical 0-0 marks across all competitions this season, making recent form a key point of intrigue.

Sabadell U19 carries momentum from a 2-0 road victory over Huesca U19 in a league match on Sept. 21. That result provides a tangible benchmark for the team’s current quality. In contrast, no recent competitive result is available for Poblense, adding an element of the unknown to their preparations.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the match is expected to be a tight, low-scoring affair, with a final score projection of Sabadell U19 1, UD Poblense 0.

The match offers a clean slate for both youth sides as they begin their campaigns in the prestigious domestic cup competition.
