MADRID (Interstat) — Youth sides CD Roda and Granada will open their Copa del Rey Juvenil campaigns on Tuesday in a round of 64 match at Campo de Futbol San Francisco.

The matchup, part of Spain’s premier national youth cup competition, pits the hosts from Roda de Berà against the Andalusian visitors from Granada. Both teams enter the tournament with identical 0-0 records in this season’s cup.

Current form, however, appears to favor the home side. CD Roda is coming off a 2-1 victory over Ontinyent 1931 in domestic league play on Sept. 21. Granada, meanwhile, is looking to build momentum after a 1-1 draw with Burgos on Sept. 22.

According to the Interstat game simulator, CD Roda holds a slight edge and is projected to advance with a 1-0 victory.

The match is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025.
