Cheng Rongcheng vs S'frecce Hiroshima

HONG KONG (Interstat) — Cheng Rongcheng will host Japan’s S’frecce Hiroshima in an AFC Champions League World stage match on Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025.

The matchup at a sold-out Hong Kong Stadium pits a Cheng Rongcheng side seeking consistency against a S’frecce Hiroshima team mired in a scoring slump.

Cheng Rongcheng (1-2-2) is coming off a 1-1 domestic draw with Shenzhen Xinpengcheng FC last Saturday. Its form has been mixed, with a home win over Gangwon and a scoreless draw at Seoul punctuated by losses to Ulsan and Johor Darul Ta’zim.

S’frecce Hiroshima (1-1-3) arrives after a 2-0 loss at Vissel Kobe on Nov. 16, its second consecutive shutout defeat. The Japanese club has been held scoreless in three of its last four matches across all competitions, managing just one goal during that span. Its lone victory in the group stage was a 2-0 win at Melbourne City FC in September.

According to the Interstat game simulator, Cheng Rongcheng is projected to earn a 1-0 victory.

Following this match, Cheng Rongcheng will travel to face Vissel Kobe on Dec. 9. S’frecce Hiroshima’s next contest is at home against Shanghai Shenhua FC on Dec. 10.
