HERNING, Denmark (Interstat) — Midtjylland W delivered a stunning 6-0 victory over Nordsjaelland in the Danish Superliga on Sunday, defying pregame projections in a dominant performance at MCH Arena.

Interstat’s models had heavily favored Nordsjaelland, projecting a 73.5% win probability and a 2-1 scoreline for Midtjylland. Instead, the home side scored early and often. Ousmane Diao opened the scoring in the 3rd minute, followed quickly by Darío Osorio and Aral Şimşir. Forward Franculino Djú led the onslaught with two goals before halftime, and Valdemar Andreasen added a second-half finish.
