GROESBEEK, Netherlands (Interstat) — The KNVB Beker Women’s tournament continues Thursday as De Treffers hosts MVV Maastricht in a first-round fixture.

The match, scheduled for Oct. 30, 2025, will see both sides open their cup campaigns with identical 0-0 records in the competition. Neither club has played a competitive match this season across all tournaments, leaving their current form a mystery.

According to the Interstat game simulator, the contest is projected to be a tight, low-scoring affair, with MVV Maastricht narrowly favored to advance with a 1-0 victory.

The matchup presents a clean slate for both teams as they look to build momentum for the season ahead. The historical data from the simulator suggests a defensive struggle, placing pressure on each team’s attack to find an early rhythm.

The winner will advance to the next round of the Netherlands’ premier women’s cup competition.
