BRECHIN, Scotland (Interstat) — Two undefeated sides will put their perfect records on the line Saturday when Brechin City FC hosts Dundonald Bluebell FC in a second-round match of the SWF Scottish Cup.

Both clubs enter the 2025 fixture with identical 1-0-0 records in the competition and 1-0-0 marks across all competitions this season. Each team is coming off a 3-2 victory in their previous outing on Sept. 27; Brechin City defeated Lochee United, while Dundonald Bluebell edged Civil Service.

The matchup at Brechin’s home ground promises a tight contest. According to the Interstat game simulator, Brechin City is projected to advance with a narrow 2-1 victory.

The game will test two squads that have shown early offensive prowess. Dundonald Bluebell will look to carry its scoring momentum on the road, while Brechin City aims to leverage its home-pitch advantage to continue its cup run.
