BOREHAMWOOD, England (Interstat) — Leon Ayinde’s first-half goal was the difference as Boreham Wood defeated Sutton United 1-0 on Saturday in a National League match at Mangata Developments Stadium Meadow Park. Ayinde scored in the 28th minute, finishing a sequence set up by defender Callum Reynolds and substitute Jake Taylor. Reynolds provided the primary assist, while Taylor, who entered the match later, also earned an assist on the play.
