ABERDEEN, Scotland (Interstat) — Aberdeen FC delivered a stunning result, drawing 1-1 with heavily favored Noah in UEFA Europa Conference League group stage play Thursday at Pittodrie Stadium. Kevin Nisbet opened the scoring for the hosts just before halftime, but Noah’s Nardin Mulahusejnović equalized seven minutes after the break. The draw defied projections, as statistical models gave Noah a 94 percent chance to win. The physical match featured five yellow cards. Both clubs earned their first point in the competition.
