ORLÉANS (Interstat) — Ismaïl Bouneb scored two goals off the bench to lead Rouen to a 3-0 victory over Lorient U19 in a National 1 match Friday at Stade de la Source.

Bouneb, a substitute, opened the scoring in the 49th minute and doubled the lead in the 68th. Fellow substitute Kembo Diliwidi added a goal in the 83rd minute to seal the win. Marius Lemaitre, a defender, recorded an assist, while forward Mamadou Diako and substitute Kapokyeng Sylva also had one assist each.

The match saw five yellow cards. Sylva was cautioned in the 19th minute, Youssouf Kanouté in the 61st, Yacine Gaya in the 62nd, Diako in the 86th and Lemaitre in the second minute of second-half stoppage time.

Rouen improved its record in the competition to 21 wins, 16 losses and 20 draws. Lorient U19 fell to 4 wins, 1 loss and 8 draws. Across all competitions, Rouen stands at 21-16-20, while Lorient U19 is 27-16-16.

Rouen entered the match on a two-game winless streak, having drawn 0-0 at Concarneau and 0-0 at home against Le Puy Foot on April 17. Prior to those results, Rouen posted a 5-3 win at Berrich Chateauroux on April 10 and a 3-2 victory over Valenciennes on April 3. Lorient U19 came into the game after a 3-2 loss to RC France Football U19 on April 19 and a 2-1 defeat to Nantes U19 on the same day. The teams had met once earlier this season, with Lorient U19 winning 1-0 on Dec. 5, 2025.

Rouen’s next scheduled matches include a home game against Aubagne on April 24, a trip to FC Versailles 78 2 on May 9 and a visit to Stade Briochin U19 on the same day. The club also faces Fleury 91 and Paris 13 Atletico on May 15.
